After enabling Email Notification option you will get an email notification when your customers will leave their feedback. You just need to fill in the below details.
1. Sender Name - the name will be displayed to customers in email while sending feedback mail.
2. Sender Email - feedback email will send from this mail.
3. Recipient Emails - when a customer left feedback you will get a notification in this mail id. ( you can add multiple emails in this field)
Please follow the below steps:
Go to Rivyo Product Review App --> Settings --> Email Notification.
When you go to the page you will see the Email Notification option.
