Dunning Management

Admin can set the payments retried option When your customer's payment is failed. You can set a number of times to retry options available for your customers using the "Retry payment" option. And you can set the day after how many days billing will attempt automatically using "Day before retrying".

For this please follow the below steps:-

Go to "Setting" > Dunning Management 

Select the retry payment number you want to allow your customer and select the day after which billing will attempt automatically.

Once they will reach that limit then you can choose any option from the below reasons. If you will select Cancel Subscription then the subscription will be automatically canceled for that customer. Also, you can select the other two options, i.e. Pause Subscription & Skip Order. And click on save.
